On Friday, 2K Games has released new details for "WWE 2K16." The game developer has outlined essential post-related contents for the game. A new trailer was also released alongside the game's new details.
The company has also officially announced the "WWE 2K16" Season Pass. The season pass features the list of playable characters in the game, a report from iDigital Times said.
According to the report, 2K Games will release four big "WWE 2K16 DLC" packs following the game's successful launch. It was said that the company will rollout add-ons, especially a Future Stars Pack. The game's Future Stars Pack is said to include some of the NXT favorite wrestlers such as Samoa Joe, Fernando and Diego.
The game's Legends Pack includes popular wrestlers like Dusty Rhodes and "Rowdy" Roddy Piper. Another DLC, called the New Moves Pack, is said to feature 30 more offensive techniques including Finn Bálor's Dragon Sleeper.
"The DLC will include a story-driven mode featuring the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2015 inductees along with access to new moves, unlockable content, and player progression. Content will also contain playable WWE Legends and WWE and NXT Superstars. Individual content packages will start dropping in 2015 and some will release in early 2016," VG247 said, describing the game's upcoming DLC.

"Accelerator
- Players will gain instant access to all unlockable content available in the game (excluding downloadable content);
- The Accelerator will be available for a suggested price of $1.99.
MyPlayer KickStart (PS4 system and Xbox One Exclusive)
- Players will gain instant access to boost created Superstar ratings and attributes in the game's MyCareer mode;
- MyPlayer KickStart will be available for a suggested price of $9.99.
Legends Pack
- Playable WWE Legends: Big Boss Man, Dusty Rhodes, Lita, Mr. Perfect, "Rowdy" Roddy Piper, and Trish Stratus;
- The Legends Pack will be available for a suggested price of $8.99.
2015 Hall of Fame Showcase
Playable matches include:
- "Macho Man" Randy Savage vs. Jake "The Snake" Roberts;
- Rikishi vs. The Rock;
- Alundra Blayze vs. Paige;
- Larry Zbyszko vs. Arn Anderson;
- Tatsumi Fujinami vs. Ric Flair;
- The Bushwhackers (Butch Miller and Luke Williams) vs. The Natural Disasters (Typhoon and Earthquake);
- The Outsiders (Kevin Nash and Scott Hall) vs. Harlem Heat (Booker T and Stevie Ray);
- The 2015 Hall of Fame Showcase will be available for a suggested price of $9.99."

"WWE 2K16" is slated to be launched on Oct. 27 for PS4, PS4, Xbox One, and Xbox 360. Players who pre-ordered the game will be able to get two playable versions of Arnold Schwarzenegger as the Terminator based from the popular action movies.
