According to Realtor, the actor is best known as Ezra Fitz, the ethical teacher on the hit show "Pretty Little Liars." Harding's character bonds with his favorite student as she hunts down the sender of malicious text messages that provide clues to the death of her former friend.
Ian Harding, who starred in a teen drama hit, is selling his 1,241-square-foot Bohemian style bungalow in Los Angeles for a little over $1 million.
The living room of the house has a vaulted ceiling, with large built-ins, which provides space for media materials and books which "brings the whole room together," says listing agent Courtney Van Cott.
"There's so much space outside to entertain," says listing agent Van Cott.
This home offers a lot of usable outdoor space that includes a huge amount of parking space.
Actor Ian Harding of "Pretty Little Liars" is selling his bungalow for $1.195 million. The property is beautifully located in a secluded highway in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles.
L.A. Times said the Bohemia-style home of the actor sits on two parcels of land totaling 6,000 square feet in a Laurel Canyon area where small parcel of lots are the norm. Among the interior details of the house include vaulted ceilings, built-in shelves and wood accents.
Built in 1948, the house has an area of 1,241 square feet that includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The property also features a guest suite with a kitchenette and a garage for two. The alfresco dining area and a deck extend the living space with great outdoor view.
Harding also starred in "Hollywood is Like High School with Money.''
Courtney Van Cott of Partners Trust is the listing agent of Harding's property which he bought for $718,000 three years ago.
