Joe Jonas and Gigi Hadid took a notch in their relationship as they walk on the red carpet together for the first time. According to PEOPLE, the couple who is known as "G.I Joe" to their friends and fans took their relationship public last Thursday night when then gracefully walked the red carpet as they attended the Global Lyme Alliance inaugural gala in New York City.
The couple attended the gala in support to Gigi's mom, Yolanda Foster. At the said event Yolanda was honored for her Lyme disease advocacy work.
The DNCE singer was seen chatting with Gigi's stepfather David Foster and younger brother Anwar and at the same time gave Yolanda a warm embrace as he approached her.
The couple began dating last summer and have been spotted together several times. Last June, the couple were seen hanging out with Taylor Swift, Calvin Harris and Karlie Kloss laughing and smiling on a chartered boat along the River Thames.
A month after that, the 25-year-old singer and 20-year-old super model were spotted at Disney Land. They were seen walking hand in hand in the park as they take on a few rides such as the famous water plunge ride Splash Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean, the Haunted Mansion and the Jungle Cruise.
ET Online reported that Joe and Gigi had another PDA moment in Paris. They were seen kissing passionately while hanging out at the Parc Monceau. The couple were in the City of Lights for the Paris Fashion Week. Gigi will be walking the runway while Joe was just there to show his full support to his girl.
Last Oct. 8, E! News joined Jonas as he promoted his band DNCE and their new single. But along the way he just can't stop talking about his hot supermodel girlfriend. In the interview, Joe was asked if he has written any song for his girlfriend, and he answered with a smile, "I think when there's love in the universe, it's easy to write love songs."
