Justin Bieber Nude Photos Went Viral; Singer Happy The World Knows He's "Gifted"

Ever since the nude photos of Justin Bieber came out his team instructed media outlets to remove the photos. A cease and desist letter was sent to New York Daily News who first published the censored photos of the "What Do You Mean?" singer dipping in his private pool while he was on vacation in Bora Bora.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the letter they obtained was sent shortly after the photos were published last Wednesday. His legal representatives are demanding the website to immediately remove the uploaded nude photos. It has been said that they have to comply with the demand within 12 hours.

It was acknowledged in the letter that it was indeed Bieber who was in the photos. It was written in the letter that, "We recently became informed that your company has obtained and is distributing unauthorized photographs of our Client including images showing him without clothing."

However, TMZ revealed that Bieber was no longer angry with the leak of his nude photos because it showed how "gifted he is."

A lot of sources that happened to be close to Bieber said that "he was upset paparazzi, armed with telephoto lenses, snapped the photos of him butt (and other parts) naked frolicking with Jayde Pierce." The source even added that Justin felt that what happened was in fact a total invasion of his privacy.

But according to TMZ's source, Bieber's anger subsided when the photos went viral because it showed that "Bieber's a really big deal." TMZ was also told that Bieber was actually happy now that the world already knows it.

Justin's legal team may have threatened to sue media companies who posted his nude photos if they will not remove it ASAP. As per his legal team's side, "publication of those photos represents a violation of the singer's publicity and privacy rights." It was also stated in the cease and desist letter that those photos "infringe Bieber's trademarks."
