According to Real Estalker, there is a separate guests house, a caretaker's apartment, a pavilion, a lighted tennis court and a "substantial maintenance building."

Reports indicate that Kaufman is looking to downsize. She currently also owns a $18.2 million single-story villa in Beverly Hills which she purchased from Robb Report owner, Carl Palmer.
