Pamela Anderson aka "The Baywatch Bombshell" has hauled her Malibu bay-front property off the listing market, which she had listed for $7.7 million citing "financial crisis" reasons. However, looks like the home is too dear to bid goodbye for her!
According to the New York Post, she has taken the home off the market because of two reasons. Firstly, she just put it on the market so as to learn the value of the home and its potential to sell. Secondly, she was too scared as the listing had generated a lot of interest among buyers.
"I put it on the market to see what it was like, but I most likely won't sell. I had too many people interested . . . it scared me," Anderson said at an Obliphica Professional Hair-care event, reports The NY Post.
Anderson purchased the property in December 2000 for $1.8 million. She invested around $6 million on renovating the home. She had offered the home for rent in 2012 asking for a monthly charge of $50,000.
According to the listing records, Anderson's home is a beautifully crafted, teak-sided single family residence. Spread across an area of 2752 square feet, the home sits on a 6324 square feet lot, comprising of five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The home was built in 1959 by famous architect Philip Vertoch and redesigned by Josh Chryssanthou and Anderson herself.
Interiors of the home include an open living room that features a modern home theatre and a baby black piano. The place also has a state of the art kitchen with built in cabinetry. Outside, the home features a courtyard lined with olive trees and lavender flowers. A covered parking space also exists on the property.

Anderson is not only disinterested in selling her Malibu Manse, but is totally indifferent to another possible "Baywatch" reunion film either, reports The New York Post.
