Kate Middleton's sister Pippa is reportedly single again after she broke up with her long-time boyfriend, Nico Jackson.
Millionaire stockbroker Jackson and the younger sister of the Duchess of Cambridge dated for three years before the split, which was revealed by a source close to Middleton saying, "Pippa and Nico have parted ways. No third parties were involved," Mail Online reported.
The 32-year-old Middleton was last seen with Jackson on September when they had a vacation in North London. The couple were showing PDA as Jackson put his arms around Middleton. The pair was also photographed while leaving Violet Hill Studios, which is a healing arts center that offers workshops in yoga, meditation and healthy cooking.
Although the couple looked happy and in love while attending various events together, sparking engagement rumors in 2013, this year has been challenging for them as Nico moved to Geneva last summer.
Reports reveal that the breakup is due to Jackson's move to Switzerland from London where he is working for a hedge fund. The couple finds it hard to spend time together which created a strain on their relationship.
"Long-distance didn't work, especially with how busy Pippa was," a source told E! News. "A lot of their problems stemmed from the fact she was always busy working—as was he—and they never had time for one another."
The revelation of Pippa-Nico breakup came up following the release of some photos where Middleton and ex-boyfriend James Matthews, a 40-year-old investment banker, were seen together entering a West London house after taking Matthews's dog for a walk, International Business Times reported.
Apart from James Matthews, Pippa was also pictured having lunch with another ex-boyfriend Alex Loudon in Fulham.
Royal watchers believe that Pippa and Nico is a good couple but according to sources, Pippa is not yet ready to settle down since she is focused on her career and is currently retraining to be a nutritionist. A source also added that "Pippa is fiercely ambitious" and isn't ready for marriage just yet.
