The PC version of "NBA 2K16" already has the first patch ahead of PS 4 and Xbox one versions.
As discussed in the "NBA 2K16" patch announcements in Steam, the first patch brings fixes to the PC-related issue but does not include any content that improve gameplay. One of the fixes include support for 21:9 monitors, multiple monitor displays and play calling icon bug. In addition, fix for issues to cards that have lower than DirexX 10.0, which cause computer crashes, are included. For more details, user can head to the Steam webpage.
It was also reported in the Steam webpage that they are "currently investigating reports of commentary dropping out during gameplay. We will look to address this in our next patch." Aside from that, according to Design and Trend, there are reported issues with the most anticipated feature of "NBA 2K16." It was reported that since the game was released last month the Pro-Am mode has not worked for many console players.
Aside from that there are other issues that "NBA 2K16" console players have reported. In the 2K forums, some players who ordered the "NBA 2K16 Michael Jordan Edition" are complaining that the Xbox One Digital Pre-order Bonus 30k VC points are not showing up. Moreover, players who decide to play through the new MyCareer story mode in "NBA 2K16" more than once report being unable to go straight to the league without going through the Spike Lee extras, according to Gotta Be Mobile. There is also a reported issue that Xbox One users are taken back to the home screen, when the game crashes and it happens on a regular basis for those who pre-ordered the game.
According to 2K, fix for the Pro-Am issue for "NBA 2K16" is on its way. On Ronnie2K's Twitter account, he said, "as said yesterday, it's being tested. It then needs to be approved by 1P which can take 10-14 days". The patch for the consoles will soon follow. Hopefully, other issues will also be fixed.
