Martin Johnson, frontman of rock band 'Boys Like Girls', is reportedly looking forward to a "great escape" from Studio City, California, as he has just listed his residence in the Coldwater Canyon Avenue area for $1.15 million.
According to the listing records, Johnson purchased the place sometime back in January 2011 for $737,000 and spent another $60,000 on renovating and redesigning the home. However, looks like he has had enough of the house and has put it on the market for sale.
The modern style residence is a single family home spread across an area of 2681 square feet. Sitting on an 11,070 square feet lot, the home has two bedrooms and three bathrooms. The three story home has multiple balconies and fancy interiors with hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings and large glass doors and windows.
Outside, the home has four covered parking spaces and a sizeable swimming pool as well.
Johnson has some memories attached to Studio City, where he used to hang around with ex-girlfriend, Ashley Tisdale. Now that the pair has split, maybe he just thought it best to move.
