There will be a lot of awkward encounters in the upcoming episode of "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12.
In the last episode of the show, Maggie (Kelly McCreary) and Andrew DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti) had a little too much to drink and ended up sleeping together. Upon waking up, Maggie realized it was a mistake and found out that Andrew was an intern in Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital.
According to Design & Trend, in the teaser video released by ABC, Maggie asks her half-sister for advice regarding the events the previous night. Maggie asks Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) whom she slept with when she was still an intern, and Meredith playfully answers that it was her late husband Derek (Patrick Dempsey).
Meanwhile, there will be a lot of awkward encounters in the show. Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) bumps into Andrew when he was just about to leave the house. There are also scenes where Maggie can be seen hiding from Andrew in the hospital.
In the official synopsis reported by International Business Times, it was also revealed that Owen (Kevin McKid) will get his hands full in teaching the interns how to break devastating news to their patients' families.
On the other hand, the drama continues between April Kepner (Sarah Drew) and Jackson Avery as the latter brought up divorce in the previous episode. Will the two finally resolve their issues?
Arizona Robins (Jessica Capshaw), meanwhile, will be in charge of a patient that will remind her how to love again. According to reports, the patient is a 90-year old who is bound to find love again. Will this help Arizona move on with her life and find a second chance in love?
Fans will just have to wait until "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 episode 4 airs on Thursday on ABC.
