Kanye West Gets Advice from Obama; Gives the President Yeezy Shoes [WATCH]

Kanye West got some precious presidential advice from Barrack Obama himself. Speaking at the Democratic National Committee fundraiser in San Francisco last Saturday, President Obama addressed the rapper-fashion mogul. According to NBC News, West was also set to perform for the President at the said event.

"I do have some advice for him. Just some stuff that I've picked up on the way," the President began. "First of all, you've got to spend a lot of time dealing with some strange characters who behave like they're on a reality TV show. So you've just to be cool with that."

President Obama followed his comical speech by referencing West's fifth album. "Saying that you have a 'Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy' - that's what's known as 'off-message' in politics," Obama said, bringing much cheers from the audience. "You can't say something like that. There are a lot of people who have lost their congressional seats saying things like that."

For his tip number three, the President said, "Do you really think that this country is going to elect a black guy from the South Side of Chicago with a funny name to be president of the United States? That is crazy. That's crazy!" Of course, the President was taking a jab at himself, as he also spent much of his life in Chicago. In addition, Obama, who is known as POTUS (President Of The United States) also joked that his new nickname in the White House is Peezy, referencing to West's famous brand of sneakers.

In response, Kim Kardashian a.k.a. Mrs. West, posted on social media a photo of two boxes of Yeezy shoes with Post-it notes that read "Obama." "Special delivery," she wrote on the caption.

The famous Yeezy shoes, which sell for $200, are always out of stock in stores due to overwhelming demand.

The reality star also posted a short video of Obama's speech, and a picture of the president and West's signatures, with a note saying "#44" and "#46 2020." President Obama is the 44th president of the U.S., while West is aiming to be the 46th, come the 2020 elections.
