Former "Entertainment Tonight" host, Mary Hart, and her TV and film producer husband, Burt Sugarman, had listed their Elk Horn Montana Ranch for $26.5 million. Bill Collins, Vice President and director of sales in the club, said that "the exclusive club isn't for everybody," that's why no one would find the property on a listing service.
The 13,600-acre Yellowstone Club in Montana is the best getaway for those who want to have a peace of mind and to escape the prying eyes of the paparazzi. Hart's ranch is a private retreat for successful people who are looking for a place where they could relax for a longer period of time with friends and family.
Hart's Montana ranch is connected to a 254,000-acre national forest that is also linked to Gallatin National Forest and Lee Metcalf Wilderness areas, which have casual albeit majestic outdoor setting. The ranch includes a 7,000-square-foot main house which features six bedrooms, guest quarters, seven bathrooms and a powder room. It also has a four-stall horse barn, one-bedroom wrangler's cabin and a balcony that offers dramatic mountain views.
The living room of the main house features a high dome ceiling and a brick-wall chimney. The kitchen has wood cabinets that fit its rustic and sophisticated look. The kitchen has a bar area which connects to the living room. The living room, meanwhile, has plain glass windows which offer clear mountain views.
The residence is reportedly the best place for anyone who loves horseback riding and skiing. It is perfect for nature lovers too. Aside from the mountain views, future owners of the property can enjoy seeing various wildlife in the area, such as deer, elk, bear, bald eagles and fox.
The new owners of the property will also be welcome in the club.
