Naya Rivera, who plays Santana Lopez in popular musical series, Glee, has listed her Beverly Hills residence for sale within an year of purchasing it. She had snagged the home in 2012 for around $1.4 million.
Where Naya has some real singing talent, her mother definitely has some real estate talent. Apparently, Naya's mother, Yolanda Rivera, is the listing agent of the residence and the home already has a "sale pending" tag to it on the listing records, reports Zillow.
According to the listing, the home is a remodeled four bedroom, three full and one half bathroom single-family residence, sitting on a 34,063 lot. Spread across an area of 3300 square feet, the place has hardwood floors and large glass windows.
Living spaces include a formal living room, a dining room, a library with a wet bar and a modern eat-in kitchen. The master suite has a built in sauna and steam bath. In the backyard of the house, a salt water pool, a Jacuzzi and a fire pit also exist. The home has a patch of grassy garden with sprinklers and a two car garage too.

According to realtor.com, Naya will now be heading to live in Los Feliz where she already owns an east-coast traditional residence for which she reportedly paid $2.6 million.
As she prepares to bid goodbye to her Beverly Hills home, she is all geared up for another two seasons of Glee. The cast of the program has just completed shooting for season four and are super excited about the two additional season extensions.
Hopefully, Cory Monteith will be able to get rid of his "addictions" before the shooting of the next season. He recently admitted his 'substance addiction' and checked into a rehab. The cast of Glee has been really supportive of him, especially Naya.
"He's such an amazing person, and it takes a lot to be able to admit that you have a problem and then seek help. We're all one big family, and he's a member of our family so we want to see him better," Naya said at the GLAAD Media Awards.
