Bobbi Kristina Brown was injected with toxic drugs, according to new reports. It is said that court documents is pointing to Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend, Nick Gordon, as the offender. Gordon reportedly injected her with drugs before he put her into the bathtub in January.
According to Movie News Guide, Gordon infused Bobbi Kristina a dose of mixed drugs before she was found unconscious in the tub in her Atlanta home. The ex-couple reportedly had a heated row prior to the incident. The court documents filed in the Fulton County Court also allege that he caused her bruises and left her with a knocked-out tooth.
The court paper charges Gordon of coverup as it was found that he changed his clothes during the altercation in the former couple's bathroom in Atlanta. It is also stated that he received $40,000 as payment for collaborating with a magazine to take photos of him while visiting Bobbi Kristina's grave, WSBTV reports. The motion filed by Bobbi Kristina's estate comes after Gordon's request to halt further civil proceedings.
"(He) has no problem giving an interview to Dr. Phil but asks this court to relieve him of his legal responsibility," Bobbi Kristina's attorneys wrote, referring to the appearance made by Gordon on the talk show in March.
Meanwhile, amidst the development of Bobbi Kristina's death case, a source told Us Weekly that her boyfriend may face murder charges. It is said that a district attorney in Georgia has spoken with a secret grand jury that will charge him of murder soon.
The 25-year-old is charged with a wrongful death lawsuit filed by Bobbi Kristina's conservator, Bedelia Hargrove. He was accused of injecting her with a toxic cocktail the night of Jan. 31 that left her unconscious. It is said that it then led to her untimely death on July 26, six months after she was found unconscious in her bathtub. Gordon is also accused of taking a substantial amount of money from Brown's account and beating her up many times in the past.
