Celebrity Real Estate: Miami Heat's Chris Bosh Lists his Home for Lease

Miami Heat star forward Chris Bosh has put his Pacific Palisades mansion up for lease. According to the LA Times, the basketball star's asking price is $45,000 a month.

Bosh reportedly bought the house in 2012 for $9.4 million. The house features a Mediterranean resort design, complete with cabanas, palm trees, and tall arch windows. It has two floors, with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms in its 10,755 square feet floor area.

Interiors are painted mostly in warm beige, which complements its wooden accents. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide natural light inside the house, and also allow its owners to enjoy the ocean views outside. The massive resort-house also features a library, wine cellar, game room, and entertainment theater. The master suite has its own fireplace, sitting room, and an exercise room.

Outside, the compound has an infinity swimming pool, which has its own wet bar. There are multiple nipa-hut cabanas, a sunken fire pit, and lounge. The whole complex sits on a 1.45-acre land, overlooking the Topanga Canyon and the Pacific Ocean.

According to the report, the NBA star has previously rented out this estate. Notable tenants include actor-musician Donald Glover, who recorded his 2013 album "Because the Internet" in the house.

Bosh is back in the NBA after a serious injury in February. His 13-year career boasts of an average 19.3 points and 8.6 rebounds. Currently, he is on his second of a five-year contract with Miami Heat, worth $118 million.

Meanwhile, People reports that his wife Adrienne has just announced that they are about to become parents to twins. Adrienne and Chris are said to be thrilled about this unexpected news. The couple has three other children -- Trinity, 6 (Bosh's daughter from a previous relationship), Jackson, 3, and Dylan Skye, 2.
