"Mr. Robot" came into an end and fans are eager to know when "Mr. Robot" season 2 would start. Though it may take a while for the series to go back on air, it would however be full of surprises. As per The Cartermatt website, "Mr. Robot" won't start filming until summer, which can be ages away. And as per the website, it's going to be a rough 8 t 9 months as the finale is ended with a lot of cliffhangers.
Fans may be searching for answers in several spoiler websites, but as per Vulture, even the cast doesn't know what's in store for them. During an interview at New York's comic con just this weekend, Darlene [who is portrayed by Carly Chaikin] was asked on how much they know about the next season. She then made a quick response saying "not much at all."
While they were on their way to the panel discussion, Angela [portrayed by Portia Doubleday] stated that they've been asking Sam Esmail questions in regards to "Mr. Robot" season 2.
"Sam gets scared to be in close quarters with us ... During the car ride to the panel discussion, I kept on trying to predict what would happen." The only thing that Esmail revealed however is that "The one word I kept repeating to you guys in the car was, 'It gets really fucking dark."
Towards the end of the interview, the cast was asked on what they would like to happen by the time Mr. Robot would go back on air.
Rami Malek (Elliot Anderson) then stated: "I'd like to eat something in the show, and change my clothes."
While Chaikin on the other hand stated that she would want to know more about her character's previous relationship, Tyrell [portrayed by Martin Wallstrom] "would love for Tyrell to kiss Elliot."
