Christina Aguilera’s Beverly Hills Mansion Sells for $11.5 Million

The "Beautiful" singer, Christina Aguilera's Beverly Hills mansion that she purchased from Ozzy and Sharon Osborne has finally sold for $11.5 million. In February, reports of the home going under contract had surfaced. Now, the deal on the home has finally closed.

According to Trulia, the home had been sitting on the market unclaimed for two full years. Aguilera had first listed the place in 2011 for $13.5 million. Though she never officially chopped down the price, the singer has sold it for $2 million less.

But neither has she sold it for a loss. Aguilera and ex-husband, Jason Bratman, had purchased the home in 2007 for the same $11.5 million. For two unclaimed and un-discounted years, the price is not a bad bargain.

The single-family home is spread across 10,000 square feet sitting on a 27,860 square feet lot. Built in 1988, the home features Mediterranean style architecture comprising of six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Interiors include a living room, a family room, a bonus room, a guest room, a library/office as well as a recording studio. A modern kitchen, a powder room and a laundry room are also available.

The residence also provides for a seven car parking space along with a separate guest house and a heated swimming pool. It has a pagoda in the backyard that gives a Zen feel, reports Daily Mail.

Aguilera had designed the home according to her taste and style after she purchased it. The home is adorned with huge pink chandeliers in the living and family rooms. There is a large salon with leopard print carpeting, a gift wrapping room and various other extravagant amenities too, reports Toofab.com.

So where did she move to? Aguilera moved to a plush 11,000 square feet home in Mulholland Estates, California. That home is a six bedroom- eight bathroom residence with generous amenities like a bathhouse, a salt-water pool, a gazebo, a mini-theater and a wet bar. Aguilera and Charlie Sheen are neighbors now.
