Reality TV show "Shark Tank" star, Barbara Corcoran, who is also the founder of Corcoran Group, a real estate empire, has reportedly called Taylor Swift's Rhode Island Mansion deal "lousy", according to The Inquistr.

This comes as a spoiler for Swift because after a very long time, she had started to get some pats on the back for her bargaining prowess and real estate investment sense. However, Barbara ticked it off as a lousy deal saying, "she spent too much!"

Well! the shark bites!

"Shark Tank" is a reality show where budding entrepreneurs are encouraged to pitch their ideas to a panel of investors called "the sharks". Contestants can make deals on the show. However, if all the panel members opt out, the contestant has to leave without a deal. A one hour pitch by a contestant is edited down to "a dramatic 10-minute segment". The show is about the drama of pitch meetings and the interaction between the entrepreneurs and tycoons. It personifies the desperation experienced by victims of an ailing economy.

However, according to the New York Post, a lot can happen after the "handshake". Kevin O'Leary, one of the 'sharks' on the show confessed to the Post that:

"I only close one-third of the hands that I shake."
