Home Featured on “Entourage” and “The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet” Hits the Market for $3.9 Million

A traditional home that first appeared in the 50s sitcom "Ozzie and Harriet's Adventures" and made a return to the small screen in the more recent comic-drama series "Entourage" has hit the market for a cool $3.9 million.

Located in Los Angeles, California, the house had featured in the opening credits of "Ozzie and Harriet's Adventures" and was originally owned by the stars Ozzie and Harriet Nelson. The sitcom did not show much of the interiors. The sets of the show were modeled after the original house's look. In 1973, the home also featured in "Ozzie's Girls", a show that might be called a sequel to the original version, reports LA Observed.

However, for "Entourage" the home was used as Agent Ari Gold's house. Except for the master bedroom, almost all the parts of the house were used for filming, reports the Zillow Blog.

Apparently the current owners, Bo Zenga and Zorianna Kit, feel the place is a little "Stodgy". When the HBO crew approached them to use their property in "Entourage", the couple happily agreed and let them completely redecorate the place to their taste and style. HBO reportedly gave a huge amount to the couple for letting them use the home.

"It's tough to say no to Ari Gold," Zenga said to the Los Angeles Times, declining to disclose the exact amount that HBO offered.

According to the listing records, the home was built in 1916 and was designed by starchitects H. Scott Gerity and Frank Kegley. Spanning an area of 5283 square feet, the home is a double story five bedroom, four bathroom residence sitting on almost an acre of land.

Living spaces include a large formal living room, a family room, a dining room, a library and a recreation room. The home also has a modern kitchen. Outside, the home has a heated pool, large patios, a pool house/gym and a 10 car parking garage.
