Julianne Hough of the "Safe Haven" fame has reportedly sold her condo in Nashville for around $900,000. She has now reportedly moved into a $3 million mansion, which her ex, Ryan Seacrest gave to her as a parting present.
According to the listing records at Trulia, Hough's is a cozy 1,829 square feet condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Hough had purchased the place back in 2009 for around $649,000.
Hough moved into her new mansion soon after she moved out of Seacrest's $37 million mansion following their breakup. The two parted ways due to Hough's "Partying Way", reports Huffington Post.
A feature on the Huff Post read:
"Ever since reports of the couple's breakup after three years of dating started pouring in, the Internet has been swamped with vicious rumors of the alleged reasons why. Anything from Seacrest's sexuality to Hough's brother Derek's involvement is being put to question, and fans of the couple are taking sides post-split -- with the bubbly Julianne ('She is young and should be having fun!') or with camp Ryan ('He needs someone who knows what she wants and is more mature.')"
Not much is known about the $3 million mansion though. Seacrest's $37 million Beverly Hills compound is a luxury retreat. He purchased it from Ellen DeGeneres in June 2012.

Correction - A previous version of the article wrongly stated the amount to be "$900 Million". It has been duly changed to the correct amount $900,000.
