Jillian Michaels, the "Biggest Loser" star and fitness trainer, may be helping a lot of people lose weight but definitely doesn't want to lose out on any profit on the sale of her home. She has reportedly listed her Los Angeles house for $2.45 million, which she had purchased for $1.5 million in 2008.
According to the listing records, the home is a beautiful 2701 square feet single family residence sitting on a 5351 square feet lot. Built in 2000, the home has large glass windows and doors, hardwood flooring and features modern architecture.
The residence is a three bedroom, four bathroom place. Interiors include a living room, a family room, a dressing room and an open plan kitchen. The home also has a swimming pool and an outside sitting area.

Michaels and her partner Heidi Rhoades also own another two bedroom-two bathroom home in Los Angeles. Maybe the couple is looking for a new place to raise their two kids. While one of the kids is adopted, the other is the biological child of Rhoades.
Commenting on what she's learned as a mother, Michaels said to Poponthepop.com:
"You can't have it all, and you have to make some tough decisions. I used to think you could, but you can't. I didn't understand that something has to give. Now friends will go to Vegas for the weekend and we're like, "Take pictures." When Lu looks at me and goes, "Mama, I love you!" I go, "Who needs Vegas?"
