Kylie Jenner is not your ordinary teenager. Even before turning 18, she has already purchased her own house, a 4,851-square-foot mansion. According to Trulia, the reality star dropped a cool $2.7 million early this year for the property, located inside a gated subdivision in Calabasas, Los Angeles. Now, she's giving her fans a sneak peek.
The youngest Kardashian-Jenner sibling has posted a series of videos on her app this week, showing a walk-through of her fabulous Mediterranean-inspired home.
According to Harpers Bazaar, the first video shows Kylie in her living room and kitchen, which features a sophisticated black and white design. There's a huge stainless steel refrigerator and double ovens. On the white marble countertop are a glossy white KitchenAid mixer and apothecary glass jars, neatly stacked with Jenner's favorite snacks: Oreos and Trader Joe cookies.
She also shows her dining nook--which she says she hasn't used yet--where a "creepy cool" ceramic vase sits on top of a glass breakfast table with matching metal chairs.
The living room carries the same edgy-posh ambiance. A huge Restoration Hardware couch, which sells from $6,525, takes up most of the space. There's also a hanging artwork from the Kylie Lip Kit, but the highlight of the room is Kylie's boyfriend Tyga's mugshot, which is displayed on a shelf.
The second video shows Jenner's massive bedroom. "I was debating showing you guys my bedroom because it's really personal, but I spent a lot of time doing it so I'm gonna show you anyway," Kylie says in the video.
The young fashionista keyed in a passcode before entering. "I have a little code so no one can get in," she says. Inside, the grey and taupe room is decked with a king-sized bed, covered with a fur bedspread. Jenner's fetish for skulls is emphasized in the room, with several skull figurines and lamps on display.
"The lights are hue lights so they change colors, so at night my whole room is blue or red," she says before the video closes.
According to Lonny, the house also features a library, covered patio, and a lagoon-style swimming pool in the backyard. Main rooms are wired with premium sound systems and solar panels are equipped to provide electricity for the entire home.
