Breckin Meyer, the "Franklin and Bash" actor who just turned 39 on May 7, has reportedly listed his Beverly Hills estate on the open market with an asking price of $2.9 million.
According to the listing records, the home is a 4888 square feet single-family residence comprising of five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The home sits amid 0.33 acre land and was built in 1936. Interiors of the home are done up with hardwood flooring and French doors and windows.
Living spaces of the home include a formal living room, a dining room, a family room and a den. A modern kitchen and a laundry are some of its other features. The interiors open into large patios and a covered porch.
Outside, the home has a pool and a grassy patch of land. It also has a parking garage.

Meyer's sitcom, Franklin and Bash's season three premiere has been pre-poned. The premiere, which was previously announced to be returning to the small screen on July 24 will now commence on June 19, a full month earlier, reports Zap2it.com.
