Mila Jovovich is said to have been sharing photos from the set of "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter." Could this be because it is the last time we will be seeing Alice?
One of the snaps that Mila Jovovich has shared was posted on her Instagram. The image shows that she was obviously in the set of the movie looking badass even if her back was turned to the camera. It was captioned "Alice. #screenshot #residentevilthefinalchapter #residentevilmovie #capetowndiary."
According to Cinema Blend, "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter," the sixth film in the chapter, is said to be the last and the concluding end to the zombie apocalypse story as its title implies. Moreover, it was said that the film would have been released last year but it was pushed back because Jovovich reportedly had a serious case of pregnancy.
According to comingsoon.net, Jovovich will once again be starring as Alice in the upcoming "Resident Evil" film. The cast also includes Ali Larter as Claire Redfield, "Game of Thrones" actor Iain Glen as Dr. Alexander Isaacs, Shawn Roberts as Albert Wesker, Australian actress Ruby Rose as Abigail, "The Night Shift" actor Eoin Macken as Doc, Cuban American actor William Levy as Christian, Fraser James from "Law & Order: UK" as Michael, and Japanese model an Rola, as Cobalt.
"Resident Evil: The Final Chapter" will continue where the last movie "Resident Evil: Retribution" left off. Knowing that she was betrayed by Wesker in Washington D.C Alice needs return to Raccoon City, the place where it all began and where Umbrella Corporation is said to be gathering its forces for the final strike at the survivors of the apocalypse.
"Resident Evil: The Final Chapter" is scheduled for release on Jan. 27, 2017. Is this really the last and final chapter to the seemingly never-ending twist and plot of Resident Evil?
