Just as everyone was speculating if the much-talked-about couple, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, will be homeless when their child arrives, Queen Kim has put all conjectures to rest. Kim was seen home hunting in Beverly Hills on May 10, reports US Magazine.
She was only spotted taking a look at some homes; no other details of the couple's house-hunting are available for now. Just a few weeks back, the media was full of reports worrying if Kim and Kanye will be homeless as their Bel Air Manse is torn up for renovation.
Some reports even suggested that the couple should move in with Kim's mother till they find suitable accommodation.
Fans of the couple stood up for the pair and called all such speculations "ridiculous".
So will the couple finally buy a home or rent a crib to welcome their baby? Only time will tell.
The real estate saga of Kim and Kanye in a nutshell below:
Kim and Kanye buy a 14,000-square-foot mansion in a gated community in Bel Air. They plan to expand their real estate portfolio together by buying homes in New York, Miami and Paris. They sell off their Bel Air mansion for a $1 million profit. They again purchase a Bel Air property worth $9 million. That is under renovation now.
Kim quietly sells off her Beverly Hills home to an unknown buyer. The trading was a hush-hush transaction as Kardashian transferred the property in a private sale to a shielded Limited Liability Trust. Kanye lists his bachelor pad for $3.3 million, which goes on and off the escrow. But he has already moved out of the home, so no chance they will be able to take shelter there.
