Fall Parade of Homes Featured the Latest in Home Designs

During last weekend's Fall Parade of Homes, the current trends in home designs were put on display and 22 homes were showcased. If you are searching to redesign your home or your first time to buy one, Black Hills Home Builders has provided a broad array of options.

Ross Jones, Chairman of Parade of Homes, was ready to exhibit his newly built homes. "It has some few rare features with some type of rustic tones to go with, a shower for dogs in the mud room if you wish to wash your pets, claw foot soaking tub, and so a few various things like those are a bit different from the normal," Jones said.

The tickets for the recent Fall Parade of Homes has exceeded last year. " More people would show up if more homes that offer current styles in home building will be presented in the show," Jones added.

The Parade entry by Don Julian Builders' Parade is a perfect example of how the outdoor living brings the character and excitement in a home, Jezebel reported. The $1.4 million opposite a 1 1/2-story home has impressive room of four-season that is overlooking a wooded, private back yard of a two-tiered waterfall. The glass walls will open on the two sides to allow the homeowner enjoy the lovely fall and spring weather, yet completely cooled and heated in the summer and winter. This four-season room will spill out to a more space for outdoor living which includes spacious patio, along with grill, fire pit and built-in seats.

Julian's home has been designed with functionality and entertainment in mind, MultiChannel said. Its main level has an open, warm feel which includes a whole walk-behind bar placed ideally between hearth and kitchen area on the first-floor entertaining. Its lower level includes a big family room and a full wine cellar and wet bar ideal for gaming days.
