The "Grown Ups" actor Kevin James' Encino mansion sold within 36 days of being listed on the market. James had listed his home in April for around $5.5 million and managed to sell it for the same sum. The actor had purchased the home in 2003 for around $3.2 million.
According to the listing records, the home is a lovely resort style place in a gated estate located on Bertella Drive in Encino. The main residence spans an area of 11,291 square feet sitting on a two acre lot. Built in 2003, the home features modern architecture with hardwood, tiled, marble and mixed flooring and large floor-to-ceiling windows. The residence comprises of five bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
Living spaces of the double-level abode include a large living room, a family room, a dining room, a den, an office, a recreation room, a games room, a media room and an office. The place has a modern gourmet kitchen with a large walk-in pantry and breakfast area. A dressing room, a sauna, a state-of-the-art gym, a separate maid's quarters and a laundry room are some of its other features.
Outside, the home has a lovely infinity pool with fountains lined by a sunbathing and sitting area. Large porches open up to a landscaped garden. The home has four covered parking spaces and a ten-car parking garage.

As he sold his home at a profit, looks like he has been making merry, eating...eating a lot! James, who is shooting for "The Grown Ups 2" was spotted "showing off his fuller figure" in Massachusetts. He had lost a lot of weight in 2011 but has regained it all back. Maybe it is for the movie.
