Pat Riley, the former NBA Coach and now president of basketball team, Miami Heat, will reportedly be offering his Malibu pad up for rent asking $18,000 a month from September.
According to Realtor.com, Riley had put the home for rent last summer too. He had then sought a high rent of $35,000 a month. However, this time he has kept the rent low.
The home is a 1386 square feet, two story place and is being offered fully furnished. It has a covered porch, an open patio and two covered parking spaces as well. It offers lovely ocean views too.
The listing of the home reads:
"Located within exclusive gated enclave off of Broad Beach Road, this warm and inviting 3 bedroom, 2 bath plus office beach home is for the most discriminating of clients. Beautifully furnished with a strong floor plan includes, large living room with fireplace, open kitchen, walls of glass for great, natural light. Expansive patios with limitless views of the Pacific Ocean."
Riley is not the only one renting his Malibu home. Yankees star Alex Rodriguez and "The Inception" star Leonardo DiCaprio are some of the others who have offered their Malibu properties up for rent. The summer season is the best time to rent out homes as many tourists flock to the beaches of Malibu.
