"The Client List" actress Jennifer Love Hewitt has reportedly snagged a posh residence in Pacific Palisades, California, for $3.25 million.
According to the Real Estalker, the home was built in 2007 by Santa Monica based architect, Melinda Gray. The classic midcentury, modern residence has four bedrooms and four full and one half bathroom.
Living spaces include a formal living room, a dining area, an office, a study, a den and a snack bar. The two story home also has a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. The backyard of the home has a swimming pool with sitting areas.

Recently in December, Hewitt also sold her Toluca lake home for $2.15 million. According to the Trulia Blog:
"Described as "gracious and inviting," the home has a wonderful flow for both living and entertaining. The generous floor plan is versatile, with an outdoor pool area featuring a large patio, complete with built-in bar. There are custom, quality features throughout, as well as high ceilings, built-in bookcases, marble fireplaces, expansive closets, and more."
So will she and her current beau, Brian Hallisay, be moving into the house together? Maybe yes. In April, RadarOnline.com reported that Hewitt's unconventional to-do list includes

Now that the first to-do point is "checked" will we hear pregnancy news soon? We will have to wait that out.
