Enrique Murciano Lists Los Angeles Home for $1.7 Million (PHOTOS)

Enrique Murciano of the "666 Park Avenue" fame has reportedly listed his Los Angeles home for $1.7 million. Murciano had purchased the home sometime back in 2009 for $1.6 million and hopes to make a small profit on the sale, according to Realtor.com.

According to the listing, the home is a private, gated and secluded property located in the Woodrow Wilson neighborhood of Sunset Strip, Hollywood Hills. The residence is a 2709 square feet place sitting on a 0.46 acre lot. The home comprises of four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Built in 1962, the home has large glass doors and windows, carpeted and marble floors and ample outdoor sitting areas.

Living interiors include a large living room, an office or den, a modern kitchen, large bedrooms and a cozy dining area. Outside, the home has a wooden sitting area, a large pool and a parking garage.

The movie revolves around a group of surviving humans who are the only people who escape a deadly virus and a growing nation of genetically evolved apes who go to war with each other to emerge as the dominant species of planet Earth.
