Comedy actors Anna Faris and Chris Pratt have recently spent $3.3 million on a Hollywood Hills home, previously owned by Live Nation CEO Michael Rapino, according to The Real Estalker.
Property records show that the couple paid $3.3 million for the estate -- $325,000 over the last asking price of $2.975 million.
The gated estate boasts a heated saltwater swimming pool, a indoor-outdoor gym "pavilion," an oak-paneled den and wet bar, a tennis court, and "several lushly landscaped gardens and courtyards," or so says The Real Estalker.
Both Faris and Pratt are known for their comedy roles. Pratt stars in "Parks and Recreation" and Faris has had a recurring role in the "Scary Movie" franchise and "What's Your Number".
Described as an "ultra-private gated compound," the home has lush landscaping, giving it the quality of a villa. Other exterior amenities include a gym and tennis court, saltwater pool, motor court leading to three-car garage, and a built-in barbecue area.
Inside, the home spans 4,710 square feet, with four beds and 3.5 baths. Starting with a turret entry, the home's living spaces contain vaulted ceilings and open windows.
