Rickey Minor, the cool, beret-wearing bandleader on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" is selling his West Hollywood gated compound for $4.95 million.
The gated more than half-quarter acre site contains a main house, a detached guest house, a sports court and an infinity-edged swimming pool. Features include a library/study, a den, six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and 7,202 square feet of living space, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The home also comes with an eat-in kitchen, soaking tub and walk-in closets, office and music studio, kitchenette and gym.
Minor reportedly purchased the property in 2010 from "Sons of Anarchy" actress Katey Segal. According to property records, there were multiple offers at that time, but Minor closed the deal for $3.77 million.
Ricky Minor has been the "Tonight Show" bandleader since 2010. He also has worked as a musical director for "American Idol" and for tours of recording artists such as Beyonce, Whitney Houston and Christina Aguilera.
The listing for Minor's mansion is held by Hilton & Hyland's Marcie Harley.
