The star of the "Jump Street" movies, Jonah Hill, has made his Hollywood Hills home available on the market for $2.995 million, reports Lauren Beale of The Los Angeles Times.

The Mid-Century Modern pad sits on a third of an acre property which also features a saline swimming pool with a spa, a sports court, barbeque area and a cabana with an entertainment center.

Bianca Barragan of Curbed LA adds that the actual living space, which measures 3,660 square feet has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, including those inside the detached guest house. Every room has sliding doors which open to the outside. The residence also features living and dining areas, "ebonized oak floors," a "Zen inspired" courtyard near the entryway and a state- of- the -art screening room.

The listing agent for this estate is Rona Passman of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate.

The original house was built in 1959 by Fillmore Crank for his wife, actress Beverly Garland and was designed by architect Richard Dorman. Garland lived in this house until her death in 2008, at the age of 82. It was renovated in 2012 by architect Padraic Cassidy. Hill bought it five years ago for $1.865 million and this is only the second time that the house will have a change of ownership since it was constructed some 56 years ago.

Hill is an American actor, comedian, producer and writer, acclaimed for his comedic roles in a number of films. He was also nominated as Best Supporting Actor for his portrayal in "The Wolf of Wall Street". He will be starring again in the upcoming "23 Jump Street." movie.

Hill likewise ranked 28th on the Forbes Magazine's ranking of worlds highest paid actors from June 2014-2015 with a net worth of US$16 million.
