Howard Stern Rumored to Purchase Palm Beach Manse for $52 Million

Rumors have it that Howard Stern, the famous shock jock (radio personality), has purchased a mansion in Palm Beach, Florida, for around $52 million.

The exclusive beach-front property was put up for sale by textile mogul, Martin Trust. The listing records say that the home has been sold. However, it is uncertain if Stern is the buyer.

According to the Trulia Blog, the estate comprises of two buildings offering 32,094 square feet of living space on 3.25 water-front acres of land. The main house spans an area of 18,673 square feet and the smaller one measures 1196 square feet. Built in 1992, on the whole, the estate has five bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The property also has a swimming pool and formal gardens.
