On Friday, game developer Rockstar Games has announced that the next update for the popular "Grand Theft Auto V" game is expected to arrive on Oct. 20. The game's patch, called the "Lowriders," that's intended for the multiplayer mode will bring lowrider cars and customization options, among others. The patch will be available to PlayStation 4, PC and Xbox One, a report from Gamespot said.
"With next week's release of GTA Online: Lowriders for PS4, Xbox One and PC - lovers of cars and customization all across Los Santos and Blaine County will have a suite of brand new options and a new place to go get them. Introducing Benny's Original Motor Works, a new customs shop in downtown Strawberry that offers a huge range of lowrider customizations that can turn your classic junker into a high-spec, tricked-out king of the streets," said Rockstar in a statement.
According to Express UK, with the new update, players can implement some modifications in their vehicles. These modifications include the following but not limited to "decking out engine blocks with covers and air filters, coating interiors with velour, leather and patterns, while also getting to choose custom colors and designs for dials and new steering wheel and custom shift levers."
"The focus of the Lowriders update is a new customs shop called Benny's Original Motor Works. At the downtown Strawberry shop, players can buy a "huge range" of lowrider customization options. Some of these include new engine covers and air filters, as well as interior options such as velour, leather, or your own custom colors and designs," Gamespot said.
It can be recalled that Rockstar previously announced that it will focus its resources on the new-generation consoles. Meanwhile, the game's PC version will be included in the future "GTA Online" updates.
