Michael C. Hall who plays Dexter Morgan on the crime-drama-thriller series, "Dexter" has reportedly purchased a nice single family residence in Los Feliz for $3.8 million. The home last sold in May 2012 for around $2.09 million. It was originally listed for $3.92 million but Hall seems to have got it for a slight discount.
According to the listing records, the house is a 5600 square feet colonial-Spanish residence comprising of six bedrooms and six bathrooms. The double story home has French doors and windows, beamed ceilings and hardwood plus carpeted flooring.
The residence has a formal living room, a dining area, a family room, a sitting room and a modern kitchen. Outside the home has a swanky pool and ample seating area around the pool.

Hall earlier lived in a starchitect designed home, which was built by famed Los Angeles designer, Hal Levitt, in Hollywood Hills. Hall sold the home in August 2012 for around $1.8 million. He had listed it for $1.99 million and despite selling it under the asking price made a slight profit as he had purchased the home for $1.75 million.
Meanwhile, Dexter's eighth and final season will start June 30. According to the Synopsis at JustJared.com:
"Dexter is still managing life as a dad, brother, and serial killer. As Deb (Jennifer Carpenter) struggles to deal with the consequences of her actions, a mysterious woman comes to work with Miami Metro, offering first-hand information on Dexter's past."
