"The Godfather" actor Al Pacino has reportedly sold his guesthouse in Palisades, New York ,for $3.3 million to music producers, Curt and Sabelle Frasca.
According to the Real Estalker, Pacino listed his guesthouse a year back in April for a $4.4 million asking price. However, looks like the property has sold for almost a million below the asking price.
The listing records state that the deal on the property was closed on March 13. The guesthouse is a 4,340 square feet, four bedroom, four bathroom residence that sits on a large 3.14-acre land. Built in 1941, the home is a single family, two-story residence that features large glass windows, beamed ceilings and tile plus wooden flooring.
Sitting atop a steep slope that leads down to the Hudson River, the home provides for beautiful natural views.
For now, Pacino is heading over to the U.K. as he and Zambian artist, Deepak Kuntawala have partnered to put up a performance at the London Palladium on June 2.
"I am really looking forward to coming to London. I have always felt at home there. I consider it an honor to be appearing at the Palladium and I will be glad to be back on the boards in your great city," Pacino said told the Zambia Times.
