From their under-renovation £31.5 million home to the new real estate splurges they are set to buy. Be it the £27-million Abbotswood mansion or the rumored £5.4-million Amberley House, the Beckhams are turning themselves into posh real estate magnates.

David and Victoria Beckham are not just your good-looking celebrities. Recently, they've been spotted having a visit to one of the grand mansions in United Kingdom, the Amberley House and the Abbotswood mansion in the town of Gloucestershire, England. Rumor has it that the celebrity couple is looking for a new Beckingham Palace in the area.

Very recently, the Sunday Express reported that the Beckhams are now set to buy the £27 million Abbotswood mansion. Some reports claim that the couple already bought the most expensive country home currently for sale in Britain that boasts a ten-bedroom main house and 13 other buildings. The property also has two entrance lodges, 11 farmhouses and cottages and planning consent for four further homes. Moreover, it has 45,000 square foot of farm buildings. The surrounding farmland and parks date back to 1253.

The other property that the Beckhams are eyeing is the Amberley House which is on the market for £5.4 million. The manor, which dates back to 1640, is set on 22-acre Cotswold countryside. It has six bedrooms and six reception halls. In addition, it boasts an infinity swimming pool and tennis court, a two-bedroom lodge and pool house, and a stables, manège and horse-walker.

"There have been a couple of people in who have said about it," Jane Bandy, landlady of the nearby Amberley Inn, said.

Separate photos of David and Victoria Beckham with local citizens in the area have been circling the internet, too. Whether the couple decided on the Abbotswood mansion or the Amberley House, either is perfect for them if they are looking forward to country-living.

It can be remembered that the couple had major spending on real estate properties in the past. In 2012, the couple bought for $49 million a 9000-square-foot home in London, which has eight-bedroom, four-story home has a gym, a spa, and game rooms. In 2007, they spent $20 million for a Beverly Hills home that has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
