Having Little Jake Spencer (James Nigbor) back in Port Charles is a good idea after being away for four years. However, "General Hospital" spoiler shows that there might be a need of a little precaution with this young boy considering that the whole time he was away, he was under the care of Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers).
According to Soap Opera Spy, little Jake was a normal kid before Helena took him and quarantined him. With that being said, there is a big chance that Jake was under Helena's spell and she was able to completely brainwash the little boy.
But the big question now is that how did Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) find out that his son was still alive after all these time. Considering that Jake was being kept in Cassadine's Island so it is really impossible for someone to know about it. And to add more to the weirdness of the situation, Lucky, Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) and Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) did not have a hard time when they got to the place.
It could be that Helena returned Jake without a fight, given that it is hard to think of any reason why she would want to have Spencer/Webber/Morgan offspring anyway. The best possible answer to that is that Helena planned very well on how he will make little Jake as her minion once he is back in Port Charles.
There are a lot of things that a little kid can do and Helena knows about it. Little Jake could be her spy and leak information or even sabotage people through his small doings. It may not be clear as of the moment the real plans of Helena for Port Charles, but Helena is known for her murderous past then using little Jake as her minion can really bring a big bang.
Whatever mission Helena gave Little Jake will certainly rock Port Charles.
