Samsung Galaxy S7 Rumors: Launch to Follow Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+; QHD Super AMOLED Display, 4GB RAM to Come

Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+, the newest Galaxy S series flagship phone, was recently released by Samsung. Samsung electronics is anticipated to show the next device in line, the Galaxy S7 with an edged surface, according to the design patent of the company.

Samsung Galaxy S7 will make use of the 3D Future, a Samsung own design patents in creating a different yet amazing edge concept. The design features curved display that spread over at the bottom and the top of the device serves as an alternative feature of having edges on the sides, according to a report by BGR.

Galaxy S7 may also create more logic for their "edge" display feature located on the top part of the device where this tactic would give the company the idea to leave and give space for buttons like the volume which are more prominently on the side. Basically, this would leave the bottom part of the device free of any buttons.

Samsung Galaxy S7 reports further say that the camera of Samsung Galaxy S7 also has advanced features such as dual-LED dual tone flash 21-megapixel rear-facing camera and front-facing camera with 8-megapixel, shooter for video chats and selfies. The USD Type-C 3.0 port is placed at the bottom part along with 3.5mm headphone jack while the SIM tray is located at the top part of the device.

Other features of Samsung Galaxy S7 include QHD Super AMOLED display that was believed to be engineered after the Snapdragon 820 processor of Qualcomm. Also the RAM is up to 4GB which can work perfectly with the device's features.

Samsung Galaxy S7 has rectangular body with sharp corners, according to Latin Post. The power button is located on the right side of the device while volume rocker buttons on the left hand side. The design is primarily based on the company's plan and the details about Samsung Galaxy S7 have been confirmed by Samsung itself.
