Rumors surrounding Giada de Laurentiis and Bobby Flay's relationship continue to heat up, as both celebrity chefs have seemingly made a recent real estate deal. The two "Food Network" chef announced divorce from their respective partners just months apart, which raised speculations that there is something more than meets the eye between Flay and de Laurentiis. Bobby Flay and Giada de Laurentiis have been involved in a slew of relationship and affair rumors after announcing divorce from their partners, Stephanie March and Todd Thompson, respectively. While de Laurentiis has previously addressed these rumors and said that she and Flay are nothing more than good friends, rumors surrounding their relationship continue to make rounds on the Internet.
Just recently, Starcasm reported that de Laurentiis and Flay have seemingly made recent real estate deals, which fuels speculations that the celebrity chefs are moving in together. According to the outlet, de Laurentiis recently purchased a Spanish villa in California while Flay has recently put out his Manhattan apartment for sale.
The outlet noted that there is something fishy with the fact that Flay chose to put his apartment for sale, when his Manhattan pad boasts of an "exclusive, customized, Viking-applianced kitchen with double dishwashers and a walk-in pantry-to-say nothing of the highly desireable outdoor kitchen with wood-burning stove."
What makes it even more suspicious is the fact that Flay is rumored to have invested in Steve Kalt's restaurant, Spartina, which is located on the West Coast. This makes several fans believe that Flay and de Laurentiis are indeed moving in together.
As previously reported on Realty Today, Flay and de Laurentiis seemed very comfortable with each other, as they both joked around and revealed their first impressions.
"Man she has a lot of teeth," Flay said of his first impression of de Laurentiis.
Flay went on and described de Laurentiis as someone who is "really confident" and "very pretty."
