Another surprising Jennifer Garner news came out recently, claiming that the actress' first husband, actor Scott Foley, is banned from contacting her after she parted ways from Ben Affleck. According to multiple gossip sites, the "Scandal" actor is forbidden to contact Garner in any way to comfort her because it is against the rules of his marriage with his new wife, Marika Domińczyk.
According to the latest Jennifer news circulating in the tabloids, although Garner's having a hard time dealing with her divorce from her second husband, contacting Foley is next to impossible. Foley is said to be living happily and peacefully with his Polish-American actress wife, and they have an agreement that no one would ever contact any of their exes, Radar Online reports.
"Scott and Marika have a very happy home relationship, and he's said from the get-go that he will never, ever make contact with any of his exes, least of all his ex-wife," a source said.
The source went to add that "there's no relationship, friendly or otherwise, between Scott and Jennifer now - and Marika would leave him in a heartbeat if he tried to change that, because to her it would be totally inappropriate."
Jennifer and Scott met at the set of "Felicity" in 1998. They tied the knot on Oct.19, 2000 and separated three years after. Their divorce was finalized in 2003; they cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their marriage's failure.
"We didn't have a shot," Jen said about her divorce with Foley in ain interview with Allure Magazine in 2013 via KDrama Stars. "He's a really good guy, and we just imploded ... Oh, he's a great guy. We were full-on grown-ups, but looking back I'm aware we did not know what hit us."
