The "19 Kids and Counting" matriarch and patriarch went on a marriage retreat this weekend. Could there be something wrong in their 31 years of marriage?
Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle Duggar were at Fort Rock Family Camp and Retreat Center in St. Paul, Arkansas last Sunday, People reported. The couple shared photos on their Facebook page and said, "We are having a special time at the www.fortrock.org marriage retreat in Saint Paul Arkansas on the edge of the Ozark National Forest! Beautiful place, beautiful people, beautiful truths!"

They were joined by their daughter Jessa Duggar and her husband Ben Seewald. The two are expecting their first baby on Nov. 1.
Jim Bob, 50, and Michelle, 49, went on the Christian retreat center for some personal time and couples counselling, Daily Mail reported. It prompted rumors that the conservative couple's marriage is on the rocks, which apparently is not true, following the scandals and controversies that surround their family in the past months. It started with the news in May that Josh Duggar molested young girls as a teen, including two of his sisters.
In a recent controversial blog post that Michelle penned, she recommended to get marriage advice when you need it, particularly from scriptural teachers. She wrote, "Through the years as we have gone to marriage retreats, Jim Bob and I have tried to take time out as a couple to listen to messages from other couples that have either learned from their mistakes or from others with the Christian perspective that we share. Even if you can't afford to get away for the weekend, that's fine. In our early days, we'd often plan a romantic dinner and listen to readings together and have grandma babysit. It would strengthen our relationship."
Michelle added, "Jim Bob and I say we have the best love life ever because we're so experienced now, but we are also still learning about each other and it's just great."
