Marilyn Monroe, Cary Grant Vacation Home Hits Listing Market for $14.8 Million (PHOTOS)

The vacation home of yesteryear actors Marilyn Monroe and Cary Grant has hit the listing market with a price tag of $14.8 million.

Located atop a hill on Shore Road at Lake Arrowhead, California, the home was once owned by Jules Stein, founder of Music Corporation of America. It was built in 1927 and sits on a large 3.85 acre water-front lot.

According to the Zillow Blog, the home was first listed in 2010 with a $14.2 million price tag. However, the estate was given a pricechopper in December 2012 and dropped to $9.97 million. However, the price has been upped now.

The residence is a 15,000 square feet, single-family residence sitting on a 34,848 square feet lot. The home comprises of ten bedrooms and sixteen bathrooms. On the whole, the estate has many luxury features.
