Ryan Stiles Unloads Encino Home for $3.1 Million (PHOTOS)

Ryan Stiles, who plays Herb Melnick in popular sitcom, Two and a Half Men has reportedly unloaded his home in Encino, California for $3.1 million. He had first listed the place in 2010 with an asking price of $3.9 million. Looks like the place has sold for a price slightly lower than its original asking cost.

Stiles purchased the home in 2003 for $3.4 million. That means he sold it for a slight loss too. According to the listing records, the home is a 7361 square feet single family residence witting on a 37,480 square feet lot. Built in 1976, the home has five bedrooms and six full and one half bathroom.
