"Days of Our Lives" spoilers for the upcoming episodes of the NBC soap opera from Oct. 21 - 23, 2015 reveal that as more and more Salemites leave town (some for good, others temporarily), new faces and characters will be introduced in the forthcoming episodes. "Days of Our Lives" spoilers on Wednesday, Oct. 21 from She Knows Soaps reveal that Aiden will finally put his plans into motion, as he tries to kill the person he claims to love, Hope. Steve has recently reunited with Bo and while the two are still stuck in some unknown location, it looks like they would have to move quickly if they still want to see Hope well and alive.
On Thursday, Oct. 22, DOOL spoilers detail that Sonny will be leaving Salem once again. On Friday, Oct. 23, Sonny's departure will be replaced by Shawn's return in town. However, Shawn will be in for a shock when he sees Hope and Aiden preparing for their upcoming wedding.
Meanwhile, other "Days" spoilers from Celeb Dirty Laundry hint that the NBC soap will be introducing new characters in 2016. Casting calls are being held for six new characters, who will be joining the soap on a short-term contract.
First off on the list is a 17 - 18-year-old man named Mark, who is described as "gorgeous" with a bit of a "rebellious streak." DOOL spoilers from the outlet note that the NBC soap is also looking into casting a 38-45-year-old male actor for the role of Hal. A "hot bad boy" will also be joining the cast in the upcoming episodes.
The recent attack of the Salem necktie killer on "Days of Our Lives" left the soap with three less characters - Serena, Paige and Will. Add to that Clyde's departure from Salem. How will these new characters fit into the storyline?
