Bruno Mascolo Lists Hollywood Hills Manse for $15.7 Million

Bruno Mascolo, the head of the U.S. division of Toni &Guy, the famous beauty and hairdressing company, has reportedly listed his mansion in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, with an asking price of $15.7 million.

According to Redfin, the home is a 7007 square feet, six bedroom- seven bathroom single family residence sitting on a 0.31 acre lot. Interiors of the home boast of hardwood, tiled and concrete flooring with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors.

Living spaces of the two-story home comprise of a drawing room, a dining room, a media room, a powder room and an office or study. Other amenities include an eat-in kitchen with a breakfast bar and a laundry.

Outside, the home has a separate maid's quarters, a heated pool, open patios, ample seating areas and a six-car parking garage.

The listing describes the home as:

"Top 5 views in the city, bold yet sophisticated. Floor to ceiling Fleetwood windows illustrate the most spectacular city to ocean views. Located on one of the most famous streets in the 'Bird Streets'. Architecture as pure Art , an extraordinary interpretation true of California living."

Apparently, Bruno has a fine eye for art. In a feature at the Epoch Times, author Harold Leighton revisits the time he took a tour of Bruno's home. The feature reads:

"On visiting Bruno's home, I saw his other side. He is also an artist-in painting and sketching. He explains it this way: "Each one of us, as hairdressers, has an artistic flare. I used this to shape and form hairstyles to create my masterpieces. Since I left hairdressing, I have found that painting and sketching fulfill my artist side.""

Apart from the fabulous home, Mascolo is also giving away a year's hairdressing at Toni&Guy. The London-based salon chain opened their first outlet in Clapham, South London in 1963. Founded by two brothers, Toni and Guy Mascolo, the other two, Bruno and Anthony Mascolo joined the venture later.

Toni &Guy are celebrating their silver jubilee this year.
