However, it seems that their relationship is not going to last as it has been reported that the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians (KUWTK)" star has broken up with Harden to be with her estranged husband, Lamar Odom, who's on the road to recovery after he recently went into a coma.
According to Daily Mail, Khloe and James have put their romance on hold as a result of the present ordeal the reality star is facing after Lamar has been found unresponsive in a Las Vegas brothel. The former LA Lakers star apparently has no family members to lean on except for the Kardashians, and Kourtney will reportedly stay with him throughout his recovery.
However, new reports claim that the present situation of Khloe, James and Lamar would mean that the 26-year-old Houston Rockets player has to sacrifice his love for the "KUWTK" beauty. Despite the situation, it is said that James is willing to wait for her and give her the space she needs at this time.
"There's no hard feelings. James gets it - Khloe needs to be by Lamar's side as he fights to make a full recovery," a source told Hollywood Life. "That's very noble of her and James truly believes Khloe's making the right decision. It's all good. He's not slamming the door on the relationship."
Meanwhile, E! News says that a separate report claims that amidst the entire ordeal with Lamar, Khloe and James are still dating. It is said that although the star player has been busy with the NBA pre-season, he has been very supportive of Khloe as much as possible.
Khloe and James sparked romance rumors in July after they were seen together in Las Vegas. In August, Kourtney threw a lavish birthday party for her NBA beau.
