Francesco Carrozzini, a rumored boyfriend of Lana Del Rey, has listed his Greenwich Village townhouse for $16 million. It was learned that the property was bought for just $6.8 million some seven years ago.
According to Daily News, the Italian-born photographer, who's photographed the likes of Naomi Campbell, Angelina Jolie, Heidi Klum and Beyonce, is the son of Franca Sozzani, editor-in-chief of the Italian Vogue magazine. Francisco and songstress Del Rey, whose real name is Elizabeth Grant, were seen taking a vacation this summer with his family in Portofino, Italy, aboard a yacht.
The four-level house at 88 MacDougal Street dates back to 1844, and features a rooftop deck, a finished basement and a private garden.
The property still has some great historic details, including its high beamed ceilings and wood-burning fireplaces. It also features top contemporary finishes, with central air conditioning and a stainless steel kitchen.
As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Lana Del Ray seems to be hanging out with her boyfriend, Francesco Carrozzini, in Los Angeles. It appears that the two are getting more serious because Francesco is selling his Greenwich Village house in New York.
During late September, Lana Del Rey had been in the headlines as being "exhausted," according to the New Yorker. While Lana Del Rey doesn't have much time in her life for James Franco, the same can be true from this situation.
James Franco may not have enough time to catch up with Lana Del Rey because he is involved in many projects.
On Oct. 17, it was reported that James Franco couldn't spend time with Lana Del Rey in Malibu, as he is filming in NYC for the HBO TV series 'Deuces.'
James Franco also raised money for an Alzheimer's charity in Hollywood, but it was unclear if Lana Del Rey attended the event to see Franco.
