Jeff Greene, the millionaire real estate entrepreneur is still trying to sell his Malibu manse for a price as high as $12.5 million.
Greene purchased the home in 2007 for around $5.5 million. Apparently, the home is a 4110 square feet residence comprising of four bedrooms and four full and one half bathroom. The Real Estalker suggests that Greene might have renovated the home because it was underdeveloped when he purchased it.
According to the feature at Real Estalker:
"Current listing information indicates the muscular, three-story glass, concrete, and wood clad residence was built in 2010 with four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms in 4,110 square feet of expensively finished interior space."
Greene's other real estate portfolio contents include:
- Around 22 acres of the former West Palm Beach Municipal Stadium for $6 million.
- 165 units at City Palms at Quadrille Boulevard and Hibiscus Street for $34 million.
- A Greene owned company, paid about $13 million for 71 condominiums in a 94-unit South Palm Beach building at 2560 S. Ocean Blvd. overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.
- The foreclosed Comfort Inn and Conference Center at 1901 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. for $6.6 million.
- The Omphoy Ocean Resort in Palm Beach.
